One last trip


I ran 21 miles this morning.  I had my GPS with me, so I knew that I had made it almost an entire half-mile before I tripped and fell.  The good news is the shoulder that is going to be operated on on Friday wasn’t injured any more than it already is, and the thumb on the one hand I’ll have free to use after Friday wasn’t broken and is probably not even sprained.
